Project Description
The 'Mediterranean Life' project is a love letter to coastal light and organic textures. By utilizing sweeping architectural arches and expansive black-framed glass, the room acts as a quiet gallery for the ocean view outside. We stripped back the unnecessary, focusing instead on continuous, hand-troweled plaster walls that curve seamlessly into built-in shelving. The color palette pulls directly from the landscape—sun-bleached sand, terracotta earth, deep olive greens, and the boundless blue of the sea—creating a space that feels both expansive and deeply grounding.
Furniture & Styling
The "Sol" Accent Chair: A nod to mid-century craftsmanship, this armchair contrasts the soft, rounded sofa with sharp, angled wooden lines. Upholstered in a rich, rust-terracotta fabric, it provides a crucial pop of warmth against the neutral plaster.
The Artisan Credenza & Canvas: A beautiful juxtaposition of traditional and contemporary. A solid, richly grained wooden sideboard offers practical storage, anchored beneath an oversized, heavily textured abstract canvas that mimics the mottled tones of the walls.
The Glazed Ceramic Side Table: A subtle but striking detail—a high-gloss, deep olive green ceramic side table adds a necessary touch of reflection and color depth beside the lounge chair.

Material & Texture Palette
Walls & Architecture: Continuous warm beige lime-wash plaster, featuring soft bullnose corners and built-in arched alcoves.
Flooring: Large-format, matte limestone tiles layered with an expansive, tightly woven natural jute rug.
Upholstery: Cloud-like cream bouclé or heavy linen on the primary sectional, contrasted by vibrant terracotta textiles.
Accents: A curated mix of unglazed earthen pottery, aged wood shelving, and a large statement olive tree housed in an oversized, antique clay vessel.
